Account Deletion Request
To request deletion of your Glow Up Academy account and associated data, follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Email us at tech@thedmk.co.in from your registered account email, or include your registered phone number.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your full name and registered phone number so we can verify your account.
What we delete
Once verified, we delete or anonymize your account profile and associated personal data from active systems, including coaching and app profile records linked to your account.
What we may retain
We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance.
Deletion timeline
We review requests within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of successful identity verification.
